Research Assistant
Job Description
Assist the professor with academic research, data collection and analysis, literature review, research report writing, and administrative and liaison tasks for international collaboration projects.
Responsibilities
- Collect, organize, and summarize academic literature
- Analyze research data and prepare reports
- Assist with preparation for international conferences and symposia
- Coordinate and provide administrative support for cross-border collaboration projects
- Handle other research-related tasks assigned by the professor
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above (Law, Political Science, International Relations, Business Administration, Information Technology, or related fields preferred)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Chinese and English
- Proficiency in document processing and presentation tools
- Detail-oriented, responsible, with strong time management skills
- Interest in digital governance, international policy, or technology law is a plus
Researcher
Job Description
Independently or collaboratively conduct specialized research in digital governance, fintech legal policy, international policy, and related fields, while participating in international consulting projects and academic publications.
Responsibilities
- Independently execute research projects, write research reports and academic papers
- Participate in international policy consulting projects (e.g., World Bank, Asian Development Bank collaborations)
- Attend international academic conferences and present research findings
- Assist in planning and hosting high-level symposia and lectures
- Coordinate and collaborate with cross-border research teams
Requirements
- Master's degree or above (Law, Public Policy, International Relations, FinTech, Information Management, or related fields)
- Demonstrated ability in independent research and academic writing
- Excellent Chinese and English proficiency (Japanese language skills are a plus)
- Prior experience in international research collaboration or policy research is preferred
- Passion for research in fintech law, digital governance, or international policy
